Australia is not really leading the world in IP Strategy.  However, there’s some incredibly talented people doing some great things there.

For those working in the area, I was involved in last year’s IP Management Commercialisation & Protection conference in Sydney, Australia, put on the fast growing Tonkin Corporation.  (Not involved this year, as I have few things on and they frankly need a rest from me, I’m sure – I’m speaking twice this week for them at the Pharmaceutical Law Conferences.)

They’re putting it on again, and based on last year’s I can highly recommend it.
