Open Book Publishers reached out to me earlier this week to let me knowabout one of their new publications: Privilege and Property, Essays on the History of Copyright, edited by Ronan Deazley, Martin Kretschmer and Lionel Bently.

Open Book Publishers is a new academic publisher based in Cambridge (UK) whose express aim is to disseminate quality research. They are a social enterprise company; all of their titles are able to be read in their entirety free of charge online using Google Books, under Creative Commons, as well as to be bought in print or ditigal format.
