More on IP Orphans

Last week’s post on Orphan IP shamefully paid no attention to some other orphans – those poor wretches of the copyright world – orphan works (a work whose copyright owner cannot be identified or traced).

The IPKat helpfully pointed me to a recent, entertaining and enlighting Editorial by Jeremy Phillips in Oxford’s brilliant Journal of IP Law and Practice on just this subject.
