The dispute over Zyrpexa between Eli Lilly and Teva and Dr Reddy's has made for some interesting reading. (See my December '06 article on the US CAFC decision.)

Amongst other things, it provides interesting insight into the law of enabling disclosure for prior art documents and acts. (Especially broad markush claims in prior documents, and prior clinical trials where the patients were not under an obligation of confidence.)
