Announcing IP Think Tank Podcasts

We're delighted to announce the launch of our free podcast service.  Each Monday, Duncan will host a call with IP thoughtleaders, including Jeremy Phillips and Shamnad Basheer to talk about the latest developments in the world of IP.   (We will also have other guests from time to time, such as Dennis Crouch.)

We've just published the first podcast episode, and always, we're looking forward to your comments.

In this week’s call, renowned intellectual property thoughtleader and blogger Jeremy Philips and Duncan discuss:

  • the upcoming European Court of Justice decision in the Intel and Intelmark trade mark case;
  • litigation commenced this week in Australia by major movie content providers against Australian internet service provider, iinet over liability for copyright infringement by iinet customers;
  • the new entity ‘Article One Partners’ and its quest to invalidate patents; and
  • patent quality and the examination process
 We hope you enjoy this weeks podcast, and we look forward to your comments and feedback.
