Synergy takes practice

Every time I hear the word ‘synergy’ in the business context I am immediately sceptical.

Synergy takes time, patience and a lot of hard work.

If you have any doubts at all – check out this clip from wtremura.

Synergy also takes the right team.

It’s not easy at all.

Do you look into their eyes?

If you are a parent, do you look into your son or daughter’s eyes knowing that one day your roles will be reversed?

One day they will comfort you when you are incapable. One day they will hold your hand through the night?

Do you look into their eyes knowing that?

Whether they are 2 or 42, do you treat them like they should be treated with that knowledge in mind?

Helping hand

Need help? Ask once, twice, twenty times. Keep asking until you get the help you need. If people don’t hear or respond to your call, don’t take it personally. There are a multiplicity of reasons why a person will not respond to a call for help and generally speaking they do not relate in the slightest to the person requesting. Keep in mind too, that to allow someone the opportunity to help another is a generous and humble gift. So ask, and when you get the help you need cherish the care that flows your way, harness the energy it gives you in readiness to help another, and hold on to the beautiful memory of the time that someone took your hand and helped you to a better place.
