Within 24 hrs USPTO sued over new Continuation Rules

Well, we all expected it, and it happened within a day - a Dr Tafas has filed the first law suit seeking removal of the USPTO's new Rules limiting the number of Continuations.

Maybe I should have added 'sue the USPTO now!' to my earlier list of strategic responses to the new rules?

A lot of people have been complaining about the new rules - it will be interesting to see who else takes up the call to arms being posted on some of the biggest US Patent blogs (see Dennis Crouch's list.)
